Really, how stupid do you have to be to fire missiles from the Gaza strip into southern Israel? Well, stupid enough to be HAMAS and that’s exactly what they did the other day. So what did Israel do, oh, simply flatten a significant number of “terror” centers, thus smashing the HAMAS once again. To fully understand this insanity we have Arie Egozie in Israel explaining the whys and who’s behind these deadly missiles. In part two Tom explains why members of Islam, Muslims, are NOT allowed to think critically about their beliefs and must just accept them, or else! Don’t miss this interesting insight into the Islamic mind.

Get ready for a very full Jump’in Jumm’ah Freaky Friday that takes us from Boston, to Israel to Orlando as we look at the insanity of Islamic jihad and the need to counter it with basic Judeo-Christian principles. Our live guests include, Rabbi Jon Hausman, Jerusalem Jane and Alan Kornman.

Do not miss the only eyewitness account of the Garland Texas jihad attack that was launched on May 3, 2015. “Martin,” the driver of the car that was immediately behind the Muslim shooter’s car, is our special guest. Listen to “Martin” detail his minute-by-minute heart-stopping experience and you will get a sense of the danger he went through on that frightening day. In addition to “Martin” we have Dom the Conservative back with us to reflect upon the Garland attack and share some thoughts about Memorial Day.

Attorney General Eric Holder

U.S. Department of Justice
950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
Washington, DC 20530-0001
Dear Attorney General Holder,

It is unlikely that we met while I served in the FBI. That being said, we served at the Department of Justice (DOJ) during the same years and on the same “team” conceptually speaking. During my service in the FBI I worked with a number of U.S. Attorney Offices in the United States to include a tour at FBIHQ where I worked with the Department of Justice (Main) on a daily basis.

I begin my letter with this comment to highlight that I am not a bystander on the topic of law enforcement in the United States. I worked and managed a variety of federal investigations during my 12 years of service in the FBI, to include the management of several Civil Rights cases in the State of Texas. In fact, during my last tour in the Bureau, I was an FBI Supervisor responsible for managing federal investigations in nine (9) Texas counties, many of which were rural; in places where one would suspect racism to flourish given the narrative often pushed by Hollywood and urban progressive elites like yourself. I performed this mission diligently and under the close supervision of two FBI managers; an Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) and Special Agent in Charge (SAC,) both of which happened to be African American and outstanding law enforcement professionals. I also performed this mission serving side by side with a variety of law enforcement agencies at the Federal, State and local level.

I have observed you closely during your tenure as Attorney General and notably during these last tumultuous years; watching you negotiate a number of controversial public matters to include the ATF Fast and Furious scandal, Black Panther Party intimidation at voting booths, IRS targeting of American citizens (citizen groups opposed to the Obama Administration,) the ignoring of US Immigration laws, DOJ criminal indictments of select news reporters and your management of several high profile criminal investigations involving subjects of race, notably African Americans.

Until today, I chose to hold my tongue. However, with the assassination of two NYPD Lieutenants last weekend in New York City, at the hands of a African American man with a lengthy criminal record, fresh from his participation in anti-police activities; coupled with numerous “don’t shoot, hands up,” and “black lives matter” anti-police protests (some of which are violent) occurring daily around the nation, I am compelled to write you this letter.

To be blunt Mr. Holder, I am appalled at your lack of leadership as the Attorney General of the United States and your blatant politicizing of the Department of Justice. Your actions, both publicly and privately, have done nothing to quell the complex racial issues we face in our country and have done everything to inflame them. As the “top cop” of the United States, you share in the blame for much of the violence and protests we are now witnessing against law enforcement officers honorably serving throughout our nation.

During one of your first public speeches as Attorney General you made it a point to call America “a nation of cowards” concerning race relations. That speech, followed by other public announcements where you emphatically opined that the odds were stacked against African Americans in regard to the enforcement of law, your intention to change the law and permit convicted felons to vote after incarceration, and your changes to federal law ending “racial profiling,” are poignant examples of how detached you remain from the challenges faced by law enforcement officers serving in crime ridden neighborhoods throughout the nation. These opinions are also indicative of a man that lives and works in the elitist “bubble” of Washington D.C.

Your performance, as the nation’s Attorney General, during the Trayvon Martin case in Sanford, Florida and the Michael Brown case in Ferguson, Missouri clearly highlights your myopic view on this topic. Contrary to your embarrassing prejudgment in the Brown case and evasive post trial remarks on the Martin case, neither Brown nor Martin were targeted and/or killed because of their African American race. Rather, as non-emotive investigations determined, both teens died as a consequence of their own tragic and egregious behavior; behavior that involved a violent assault on a law abiding citizen in the Trayvon Martin case, and a violent assault on a young police officer in the Michael Brown case. Yet you, as the number one spokesman for law enforcement in the country, blame the deaths of these men on years of institutional racism and the alleged epidemic targeting of African American men by police departments around the country; nothing could be further from the truth. Following the Michael Brown case Grand Jury decision all you could muster was the following comment:

“The Department of Justice is currently investigating not only the shooting but also the Ferguson police department in what is called a “patterns and practices” inquiry to determine if the police department has engaged in systematic racism.”

So, let’s get this straight. At a decisive moment in history when our nation required a strong and unbiased voice from its’ senior law enforcement official, you Mr. Holder, made it your personal mission to join with other racial antagonist and politicize a tragic event, accusing a young white police officer of a racially motivated killing in what we now know was a justified self-defense shooting of a predatory felon.

Your behavior is unbelievable. You sir, have sacrificed your integrity on the altar of political expediency. You, Mr. Holder, are the “coward” and hypocrite you so loudly denounce when speaking of broken race relations in America.

Further to this point Mr. Holder, law enforcement officers around the country remain dismayed and shocked at the counsel you keep; that being your close relationship with none other than Al Sharpton, a racist “shake down artist” who spreads hate, divisiveness and the promotion of anti-law enforcement sentiment throughout the country; a tax evading fraudster who has unbelievably visited the White House over 80 times in recent years. It is simply beyond my comprehension as a former federal law enforcement professional, that you, the Attorney General of the United States, joined arms in common cause with a charlatan like “the Reverend” Al Sharpton; and it speaks volumes to your personal character and lack of professional judgment.

Violent crime, out of wedlock births, drug abuse, rampant unemployment and poverty found in many low-income minority neighborhoods are not a result of racist community policing and racial profiling as you so quickly assert, and frankly most law abiding Americans are exhausted of hearing this false narrative repeated time and again by you and others in the racial grievance industry. While no one, me included, would ever suggest that African Americans have not suffered from institutional racism in the past, I would strongly argue that we no longer live in the Mississippi of 1965, nor do we live in a country that even closely resembles the “Jim Crow” South of yesteryear. Those days, thankfully, are in the past as are the generations of Americans that supported such egregious behavior and endured such suffering.

Rather, Mr. Holder, we live in a day and time where the root cause of many problems faced in our African American communities can be attributed to the breakdown of civil order due to the rejection of institutional and family authority and the practice of counter-culture values; and most notably, from the absence of strong male leadership in fatherless black families. The reason that our local police officers are so often entwined in tragic events in black communities is because it is the police that have filled the void in these communities that should be occupied by moral and strong black men leading family units with Godly values. You, Mr. Holder, especially, should be thanking the police rather than persecuting them for the gap they fill in these communities because if it were not for the intervention of local police many African American neighborhoods would be in a state of total anarchy.

Yet tragically, you and your race-baiting colleague Al Sharpton (a paid media personality under contract with MSNBC news) choose to remain silent because to publicly speak this self-evident truth threatens to not only alienate and offend the most loyal voting constituency of the Democratic Party but diminish your and Al Sharpton’s self-serving power base in these suffering communities. God forbid that you would suggest individual citizens accept responsibility for their own behavior and the collective failure of their communities; it is so much easier for you and others like you to make excuses, play the victim card, and pander rather than address the real root causes that plague many low income neighborhoods.

Mr. Holder, the public is aware of FBI statistics that tell a different story than the one you and Sharpton preach. We know that young African American males, representing a tiny fraction of the U.S. population, are by far the greatest perpetrators of violent crime in America when compared to their peers in other ethnic groups, and, we know that citizens of African American descent overwhelmingly make up the majority of their victims. We also know that incidents where white police officers shoot and kill black perpetrators are rare and on the decline. We know further that although there are legitimate and bona fide Federal Civil Rights investigations in the United States worthy of pursuing, they are miniscule when compared to the false narrative portrayed by you, President Obama and Sharpton declaring rampant discrimination against African American men by police officers throughout the country. You are just plain wrong.

In closing Mr. Holder I will leave you with this thought; you were given a rare opportunity to lead with integrity during a variety of divisive and controversial issues during your tenure as the 82d Attorney General of the United States and rather than be a man of moral courage you chose instead to cower, further inflame racial tensions, advance false narratives and play progressive political activist.

Time and again you chose to “politicize” the mission of the Department of Justice rather than pursue justice and now, tragically, we are witnessing the fruits of your irresponsible behavior in the murder of two innocent police officers in New York City, assassinated by a man motivated by the flames of racial hatred that you personally fanned. How many more police officers will be injured or die in the coming days because of the perilous conditions you helped create in this nation. You, President Obama and Al Sharpton own this problem lock, stock and barrel and now it is your legacy.

As thousands of NYPD officers turn their collective back on New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, another dishonest politician and Sharpton disciple, so too do countless Federal law enforcement officers turn our backs on you.

Join Tom Trento in this fascinating conversation with artist Bosch Fawstin, winner of the Inaugural Muhammad Art Exhibit in Garland Texas, May 3, 2015. If you never heard of Bosch and his grippingly aggressive writing and drawing until the Islamic State attack in Texas, after watching this show you will want to know more about Bosch and his groundbreaking work. Fawstin, a former Muslim, has the bona fides to critique Islam from the inside and the artistic talent to illustrate the inconsistencies and absurdity of Islamic prohibitions against even non-Muslims drawing a picture of Muhammad, Moses or Jesus! An added benefit to this discussion is that both Bosch and Tom share some of their personal experiences in this show about being under attack at the Culwell Convention Center by Muslim terrorists…who are now dead.

Never Never Submit: A Recovering Muslim Speaks

These are interesting days for the intersection of comics andthe Clash of Civilizations. The real-life adventures of a former al-Qaeda militant have become a popular comic book in Indonesia – the most populous Muslim nation in the world – chronicling his transformation from enemy to ally in the fight against terrorism. DC Comics, the home of Batman, sent him to Paris and replaced sidekick Robin with a French Algerian Muslim known as Nightrunner. “The 99,” a comic book creation out of the Middle East featuring 99 superheroes, each representing a different aspect of Islamic culture, has received the blessing of President Obama and is hooking up with other DC comic heroes as well as becoming an animated TV series.
And then there’s Pigman, the jihadists’ nemesis and the protagonist of Bosch Fawstin’s graphic novel The Infidel, a story of Muslim twin brothers whose lives veer in polar opposite directions in the wake of the 9/11 attacks. The Infidel echoes Fawstin’s own journey from his Albanian Muslim beginnings, to apostate and Ayn Rand devotee.
Fawstin is a cartoonist who scored an Eisner Award nomination – the comics industry equivalent of an Oscar nod – for his debut graphic novel, Table For One. He’s also a FrontPage contributing artist and the author/illustrator of ProPIGanda: Drawing the Line Against Jihad, a collection of images and essays that serve as a companion piece to The Infidel.

Meet, Dom -The Conservative, blogger, wife, Mom, counter-jihad warrior! Sometimes it’s funny how life provides positive developments from extremely bizarre situations. On May 3, 2015, Dom was one of the attendees at the Pamela Geller – Muhammad Art Exhibit and was there to support the American doctrine of freedom to speak and freedom to assemble. Little did she realize how her life would be changed by being one of the people under attack from Muslim terrorists who were intent on killing the participants simple because they were at the event? In the midst of the “controlled” confusion of the evening our United West team met Dom, interviewed her and became friends with a very serious, very intelligent woman who has a critically important message for all freedom-loving Americans. Tune in today and listen to what Dom has to say and then, JOIN THE FIGHT!

U.S. Welcomes Millions of Aliens ‘Sight Unseen’ »

Replacing the in-person inspections process with a kiosk.
My article addresses a component of the failed immigration system that has been all but ignored by Congress and journalists, the way that the inspections process is conducted at ports of entry by CBP (Customs and Border Protection) inspectors.
The debates about immigration have centered on the need to secure the border that is supposed to separate the United States from Mexico.  Indeed, that border must be made secure.  There should be no debate about this issue.  However, there are many other components to the immigration system.  This was the focus of my July 7, 2014 article for FrontPage Magazine:

The inspections process conducted at ports of entry is one I am extremely familiar with- I began my career with the INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service) as an Immigration Inspector assigned to John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York in 1971.  I remained in that position until 1975 when I became an INS Special Agent.

That process is essential to national security and is supposed to prevent the entry of aliens into the United States who would pose a threat to the safety and wellbeing of America and Americans.  The system has not been as nearly effective or successful as it needs to be.  The fact is that it has been estimated that 40% of all illegal aliens present in the United States did not run our borders and evade the inspections process but, in fact, entered the United States and went on to violate the terms of their admission.
The presence of these millions of illegal aliens contribute to the massive population of illegal aliens and overwhelms the immigration system.  This further undermines the integrity of the immigration system and, in point of fact, the 9/11 Commission made a number of recommendations about the way that this vital process needs to be enhanced- all of the 9/11 terrorists were lawfully admitted into the United States as have other terrorists, criminals and fugitives.
So much attention has been paid to the need to construct a fence on the U.S./Mexican border- and of course that border must be made secure, yet the means of entry for millions of illegal aliens- the fatally flawed “legal” means by which aliens who enter the United States and then violate the terms of their admission is not being made more effective but is actually being made less effective- primarily to satisfy the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and a host of other deep-pocketed organizations who are getting the “best government money can buy!
The Visa Waiver Program that enables aliens who are citizens of participating countries to enter the United States without first applying for and receiving a visa should have ended the day after the terror attacks of September 11, 2001.  However, on that horrific day nearly 14 years ago the list of those countries included 26 countries.  Today that list has grown to 38 countries- even as ISIS and other terror organizations seek to recruit Europeans and citizens of other countries that participate in that dangerous and wrong-headed program.
If this program did not create unacceptable vulnerabilities for America and Americans, you will likely be shocked and infuriated to find out how this inspections process is now being conducted at a growing number ports of entry across the United States for broad categories of aliens seeking to enter the United States.
Politicians who pander to deep-pocketed contributors and/or to special interest groups that promise to deliver blocks of votes need to come to the stark realization that they are undermining national security and the wellbeing of the very constituents and indeed, all American citizens.  The political calculus that they are doing to appease those to whom they have come to depend must take much more into account- the future of our nation and our citizens.

The ‘Secure Our Border First Act’ Deception »

On June 13, 2013 I was interviewed by Neil Cavuto at Fox News on the topic:

The interview ran about 4 minutes and is worth watching.

On April 4, 2014, CAPS (Californians for Population Stabilization) posted my commentary that asks the questions all Americans need to ask their political “representatives.”  My commentary is aptly titled:  “How? Why?
In his historic speech before the 3rd Army on May 31, 1944, General George S. Patton said, on the strategy of holding a position:

We’re not holding anything, we’ll let the Hun do that. We are advancing constantly, and we’re not interested in holding onto anything except the enemy.”

Pushing back against Comprehensive Immigration Reform is the same as holding position. The time has come for us to advance by demanding that our borders be made truly secure and our immigration laws be effectively administered and enforced.

Comprehensive Immigration Reform violates all of the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission but no one is willing to even consider how the lack of real border security and the lack of real integrity to the various components of the immigration system imperil national security and public safety.

The findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission must be the starting point for any discussion about immigration legislation.  That commission determined that a lack of border security, including the visa process. and fraud in the immigration benefits program, enabled terrorists to enter and embed themselves in the United States, as they went about their deadly preparations.

Immigration is not a single issue but a singular issue that impacts nearly every challenge and threat confronting the United States today!  Simply stated, the immigration laws were enacted to save lives and protect the jobs of American workers.  In point of fact, our borders and our immigration laws are America’s first line of defense and last line of defense against international terrorists and transnational criminals.
It is not “Anti-Immigrant” to be “Pro-American!”
Our armed forces are charged with securing America’s borders externally while the DHS is supposed to secure those same borders from within.  The failures of the DHS to live up to its half of the equation are undermining the efforts, valor and incredible sacrifices of Americas men and women who serve in our military!
If our government’s failures to protect American jobs by securing our nation’s borders and effectively enforcing our immigration laws concerns you or especially if it angers you, I ask you to call your Senators and Congressional “Representative. This is not only your right- it is your obligation!

All I ask is that you make it clear to our politicians that we are not as dumb as they hope we are!

We live in a perilous world and in a perilous era. The survival of our nation and the lives of our citizens hang in the balance. This is neither a Conservative issue, nor is it a Liberal issue- simply stated, this is most certainly an AMERICAN issue!

You are either part of the solution or you are a part of the problem!

Democracy is not a spectator sport!

Lead, follow or get out of the way!

Police officer shot at ‘Muhammad art contest’ in Texas

Geert Wilders spoke at the event Sunday night where a police officer was shot
at ‘Muhammad art contest’ in Texas.

GARLAND, Texas – A police officer who was part of the heavy security for a free-speech event called the “Muhammad Art Exhibit and Cartoon Contest” featuring Dutch politician Geert Wilders was shot shortly after the event ended at approximately 7 p.m. Central Time.

A SWAT officer told WND two suspects “are down,” but law-enforcement officers have put a perimeter around them, fearing they may have explosive devices.

Attendees, including this reporter, have been moved to a secure location at the Curtis Culwell Center in suburban Dallas.

Wilders left the building with members of his permanent Dutch security detail before the shooting.

The condition of the officer is unknown.

A witness of the shooting, John Roby of Oklahoma City, told WND he was heading out to his car when he heard what sounded like automatic-weapon fire coming from a black vehicle on the street outside the center. Immediately, he heard two pistol shots, and a police officer yelled, “We’ve got the car.”

The Curtis Culwell Center was the site of a Jan. 17 event one week after the Charlie Hebdo massacre in Paris, called “Stand With the Prophet in Honor and Respect.”

Muslim leaders in the U.S, reacting to the worldwide solidarity with the satirical newspaper that published cartoons of Islam’s founder, said they hoped the event would be the beginning of a “movement” to “defend Prophet Muhammad” and “defeat Islamophobia.”

In January, two French-born Muslims “avenged the prophet” by killing 11 Charlie Hebdo staff members.

On Thursday, a Twitter account purporting to belong to Mohamed Abdullahi Hassan, an American jihadi reportedly fighting in Somalia, called for attacks to be carried out in the United States similar to those on Charlie Hebdo.

The following message accompanied a link to a story about the event in Garland Sunday night:

“The brothers from the Charlie hebdo attack did their part. It’s time for brothers in the #US to do their part.”

The event Sunday featured a keynote by Dutch lawmaker Geert Wilders, who is regarded by the organizers of “Stand With the Prophet” as one of the world’s worst fomenters of “Islamophobia.”

Wilders told the Texas crowd he doesn’t hate Muslims but believes Islam is an existential threat to Western civilization and the Islamization of the West, primarily through immigration, should be aggressively opposed.

He commended the approximately 200 people who attended the event for standing for free speech, greeting them with the familiar slogan “Don’t mess with Texas.”

The host of the Garland event, American Freedom Defense Initiative, is led by author and Atlas Shrugs blogger Pamela Geller, and author and Jihad Watch Director Robert Spencer, who argue their work amounts to citing the justifications from the Quran and other Islamic texts used by Muslims who employ violent acts and other means to assert Islamic supremacy.

There was massive security at the Texas event Sunday, including a SWAT team, a portable police tower, metal detectors inside and blockades outside.

In advance of the exhibit, Officer Joe Harn of the Garland Police Department said: “We’ll be paying attention to any kind of chatter that we need to. If anything raises suspicions, we will react to that.”

As WND reported Thursday, three U.S. congressmen urged Secretary of State John Kerry and Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson to deny Wilders a visa ahead of his visit to the U.S. this week, charging alleged ongoing “participation in inciting anti-Muslim aggression and violence.”

Wilders has been under constant security protection since November 2004, when two North African Muslims were accused of planning to murder him and another outspoken critic of Islam in the parliament, Ayaan Hirsi Ali.

Geert Wilders’ book “Marked for Death: Islam’s War Against the West and Me” is available now at a special price at WND’s Superstore

Prior to the Garland event, artnet news editor Sarah Cascone said in a piece published by the Huffington Post that the Muhammad contest it “shameless Muslim-baiting.

But Spencer contends that few people seem to grasp that the “very foundation of what makes for a free society” is at stake.

“Some have said that they cannot support such initiatives because they find the Muhammad cartoons to be in poor taste, and consider them in the same way that Christians regard Piss Christ — it’s legal, but that doesn’t make the people doing it any more admirable than other louts and mockers,” he wrote on his Jihad Watch site.

Spencer contends that that viewpoint essentially is “bowing to violent intimidation” and giving away the authority to decide what is acceptable speech, which is “the road to tyranny.”

“What is at issue here is not being respectful, or refraining from mockery, or deliberately provoking jihadis – what is at issue here is whether the West will submit to murderous threats, which will only lead to more demands for submission and more murderous threats, and whether it will accept Shariah blasphemy laws or stand for a free and genuinely pluralistic society in which people put up with offense even to their core beliefs without resorting to violence or attempts to gain hegemony over the group doing the offending.”

Geller mobilized about 2,000 people to protest the “Stand With the Prophet” event in January.

She said the aim of her event Sunday was “precisely to show that we will not be cowed into silence by this violent intimidation.”

“That is a crucial stand to take as Islamist assaults on the freedom of speech, our most fundamental freedom, are growing more insistent.”

In 2010, she organized a group she estimates was 5,000-strong to march on the site of the proposed “Ground Zero Mosque” near the World Trade Center. The project eventually was canceled.

The ADI art contest echoes Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten’s publication in 2005 of editorial cartoons satirizing Muhammad. The move prompted protests throughout the Middle East.

Charlie Hebdo cartoonist Renald Luzier, who designed the front page of the magazine that appeared after the Paris attacks, announced last week he will no longer draw Muhammad.

He insists “the terrorists didn’t win,” explaining that drawing Muhammad “no longer interests me.”

A week after the Charlie Hebdo massacre, Australian artist Larry Pickering was put under police protection after threats arose in response to his depiction of Muhammad roasting on a spit as a pig.

In Belgium, a museum canceled an exhibition honoring the murdered Charlie Hebdo cartoonists, citing security concerns.

In February, Swedish artist Lars Vilks, who has faced numerous death threats for caricaturing Muhammad, was whisked away from a free-speech event in Copenhagen called “Art, blasphemy and freedom of expression,” after shots were fired. Just hours later, a second shooting outside a Copenhagen synagogue left two dead and five police officers wounded.
