The Islamic State has warned the United States that it plans to attack America and raise “the flag of Allah in the White House.”

“I say to America that the Islamic caliphate has been established,” Abu Mosa, a spokesman for the terror group, also known as ISIS, told Vice Media in a video interview posted online  Thursday.

“Don’t be cowards and attack us with drones. Instead send your soldiers, the ones we humiliated in Iraq. We will humiliate them everywhere, God willing, and we will raise the flag of Allah in the White House.”

The nine-minute video is the first of a five-part series from Vice Media after reporter Medyan Dairieh spent three weeks embedded with ISIS fighters, gaining unprecedented access to the terror group.

In the first video, Dairieh heads to the Syrian city of Raqqa, where the brutal extremists are building a regime while also laying siege to a Syrian army base.

The ISIS threat to conquer the United States was issued before President Barack Obama announced Thursday that he planned to authorize “targeted” airstrikes against the hard-line Sunni jihadists to prevent the genocide of ethnic minorities in Iraq, including tens of thousands of fleeing Christians, as well as to protect U.S personnel in Irbil and Baghdad.

The Islamic State has captured vast swaths of territory in Iraq and Syria as it attempts to create a caliphate in the region. with its shadowy leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi as the caliph.

Britain’s first Muslim cabinet minister resigns over Gaza policy

Britain’s first Muslim cabinet member has resigned from her position as a minister in the foreign office, saying she could no longer support the government’s policy on the conflict between Israel and Hamas.

Sayeeda Warsi, a baroness who sits in the upper house of parliament, branded the government’s policy on Gaza “morally indefensible” and detrimental to Britain’s national interest.

Ms Warsi informed prime minister David Cameron that she could no longer support the Government’s stance on the issue.

Chancellor George Osborne immediately hit back, saying her decision was “unnecessary” and insisting that ministers were committed to working to secure peace in the region.

“This a disappointing and frankly unnecessary decision,” he said. “The British Government is working with others in the world to bring peace to Gaza and we do now have a tentative ceasefire which we all hope will hold.”

In her resignation letter, Ms Warsi said: “My view has been that our policy in relation to the Middle East peace process generally, but more recently our approach and language during the current crisis in Gaza, is morally indefensible, is not in Britain’s national interest and will have a long-term detrimental impact on our reputation internationally and domestically.”

Her resignation appeared to have caught No 10 by surprise, with Mr Cameron currently out of the country on holiday.

The departure is a heavy blow to the prime minister – both because of the way that it highlights divisions within the Tory ranks over Middle East policy and because it marks the loss of a woman minister at a time when he has been trying to promote more women in Government.

A Downing Street spokesman said: “The prime minister regrets that Baroness Warsi has decided to stand down and is grateful for the excellent work that she has done, both as a minister and in opposition.

“Our policy has always been consistently clear – the situation in Gaza is intolerable and we’ve urged both sides to agree to an immediate and unconditional ceasefire.”

London mayor Boris Johnson paid tribute to Ms Warsi, saying he hoped she would make a return to the government soon, while he condemned the Israeli action as “disproportionate” – a word Mr Cameron and foreign secretary Philip Hammond have consistently avoided.

“I can’t for the life of me see how this can be a sensible strategy,” he said during a LBC radio phone-in. “I think it is disproportionate, I think it is ugly and it is tragic and I don’t think it will do Israel any good in the long run.”

Illegal immigrants from more than 75 countries are attempting to enter the United States, including some from countries with outbreaks of the Ebola virus and others from terrorist hotbeds.According to an intelligence report from the Customs and Border Protection agency obtained by Breitbart Texas, most of the human smuggling from Syria and Albania into the United States comes through Central America, and there is also an increasing number of border apprehensions of people from nations suffering from Ebola outbreaks.

In total, 71 people from three countries affected by the current Ebola outbreak have either turned themselves in or been caught attempting to enter the U.S. illegally between January 2014 and July 2014, the report said, according to Breitbart, some of which are at other points of entry than the southern border.

Meanwhile, Texas Gov. Rick Perry insisted in an interview on CNN’s “State of the Union” on Sunday that his state is seeing “historic record highs” of people being apprehended from countries “that have substantial terrorist ties,” including Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Syria.

“I’m the governor of the state of Texas,” Perry said. “My citizens’ safety is what is foremost here, and it hasn’t got anything to do with anything other than those numbers of individuals who are coming across the border.

“And when you think about the idea that some of them are from countries that have substantial terrorist ties, whether it’s Pakistan or Afghanistan or Syria, we are at historic record highs with individuals being apprehended from those countries.”

Politicfact.com has said that it has not been able to substantiate similar statements Perry and others have made in the past. It said it has not been able to find any figures showing that U.S. has seen a surge in the number of people apprehended from countries on the State Department’s list of state sponsors of terrorism or terrorist safe havens, and has called the claims “not accurate” and “ridiculous.”

Nevertheless, the report obtained by Breitbart found that 28 people from Pakistan were caught attempting to enter the United States this year alone, with an additional 211 that either turned themselves in or were caught at official ports of entry.

In addition, four people from Yemen were caught by border agents in 2014, and an additional 34 turned themselves in or were caught trying to sneak through official ports of entry.

And four people from Somalia, another country known for being a source of Islamic terrorist activity, were caught trying to get past border patrol agents this year, while an additional 290 either turned themselves in or were caught attempting to illegally pass through official ports of entry, Breitbart reported.
